Our gift vouchers are valid for 2 years and can be neither exchanged nor refunded.

Guests who purchase gift vouchers may reserve a cabin for any date of their choice, according to availability and the options and extras included in their original booking.

A supplement may be payable when gift vouchers are redeemed for certain dates, such as New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day, when we offer special packages.

We have a 2 night minimum stay policy in July and August – gift vouchers redeemed during these months will be subject to an additional charge for the second night if necessary.

We advise you to reserve your stay as early as possible. In general Saturday nights are booked up 6 months in advance.
